We made this app for a conference in Dubai. The objective was to let the attendees interact with the panel using wireless control. On each table, we placed 4-5, totaling to around 150 iPads. A system was made where a moderator could broadcast questions with multiple choice answers on our iPad interface. The users could select the answers, like a live poll and send it to a local server. The answers were visualized in real time.

Similarly the app allowed the attendees to submit their specific questions to the panel.
