Static shelves often fail to hold shoppers’ attention in a crowded pharmacy. For Eucerin’s pop-up displays at Dubai Festival City and Mall of the Emirates, we bridged the gap between physical touch and digital education. By integrating a “Lift and Learn” system with a custom interactive UI, we turned simple product browsing into a high-tech discovery journey.

Standard systems usually play a basic video when a shopper picks up a bottle. We pushed further by developing a full interactive application that launches the moment a product is lifted. This allows your customers to explore ingredients, benefits, and usage guides at their own pace.

Our team utilized Raspberry Pi microcomputers to keep the hardware footprint small and the solution cost-effective. This agile setup delivered a seamless user experience that boosted dwell time and brand recall. Following the success in Dubai, we are now scaling this interactive touchpoint to locations across Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.
