How a custom-built arcade experience turned corporate training into a high-stakes competition.
Government employee engagement often feels formal, so we decided to break the mold. We engineered a custom 3-player quiz station for the Environment Agency – Abu Dhabi (EAD), complete with tactile arcade buttons and high-response kiosks. This setup transformed a standard knowledge check into a live, high-energy game show that kept participants on the edge of their seats.
The physical “click” of the buzzer added a visceral layer of excitement that digital-only apps simply cannot match. Every round sparked genuine laughter and friendly rivalry, proving that corporate learning thrives when it’s competitive. By blending physical hardware with seamless software, we ensured the EAD brand remained at the heart of a memorable, hands-on experience.
The results spoke for themselves through 100% uptime and soaring participation rates that exceeded typical internal event benchmarks. Employees didn’t just play; they stayed to watch others, significantly increasing the “dwell time” at the activation zone.
