The Environment Agency – Abu Dhabi (EAD) needed a compelling way to reinforce their rich history and achievements during a major employee engagement event. We moved beyond static posters and slide decks by building a bespoke touchscreen “Drag Our Story” experience. This interactive journey turned historical data into a tactile challenge, inviting team members to physically connect with the organization’s legacy.
Floating bubbles containing key milestones hovered across the screen, challenging players to drag them to the correct year on a chronological axis. The ticking clock added a competitive edge, driving high participation rates and intense focus on the content. By gamifying the learning process, we ensured that critical achievements were not just read, but actually remembered.
The project exceeded engagement benchmarks, with players consistently returning to improve their scores and accuracy. This interactive approach achieved a 100% completion rate among participants, significantly boosting internal brand knowledge. It remains a prime example of how discovery-based play can turn corporate education into a highlight of any event.
