Gesture-controlled application setup using Microsoft Kinect for JAFZA exhibit at DWTC

JAFZA Captivates Visitors with Gesture-Controlled Kiosk Experience

Boosting Engagement with Interactive Kiosks & Touchpoints: A Case Study

Conceptualize needed an unforgettable digital experience for the permanent JAFZA exhibit at DWTC. They approached us to solve a crucial challenge: how do you capture attention and encourage deep interaction in a high-traffic environment? The answer was a cutting-edge, fully gesture-controlled information system, moving beyond simple touchscreens to truly captivate visitors.

PearlQuest conceptualized and designed the complete solution. We engineered the entire setup using the advanced sensing capabilities of Microsoft Kinect, paired with a robust, high-end PC to guarantee smooth, seamless performance. This project exemplifies how our Interactive Kiosks & Touchpoints—specifically Product & Info Kiosks—can boost visitor dwell time and deliver complex information in an engaging, intuitive way.

For a project in this category (Interactive Kiosks), success is measured by consistent system reliability, ease of user interaction, and high client satisfaction. We ensured the JAFZA setup met these demanding standards, resulting in a stable, permanent installation that successfully delivered its information objectives and maintained peak performance long after deployment.
