How PearlQuest Streamlined Registration and Captured Deep Engagement Insights for a Major Exhibition

Managing a high-traffic event with thousands of attendees is challenging. Ensuring a smooth check-in process while capturing valuable visitor data is even harder. For ADNOC’s Youth Development Program (YDP) exhibition at their HQ, PearlQuest engineered an innovative solution. We replaced traditional bottlenecks with a robust, NFC-based check-in and analytics system.

Every attendee received a sleek, branded NFC wristband upon arrival. Tapping the wristband at exhibits delivered seamless, rapid check-ins at every point of interest. This eliminated frustrating queues and boosted the visitor experience. Crucially, our system captured granular data on visitor flow and engagement in real time. We developed the entire software in-house, complete with a detailed analytical dashboard.
